Project Manager Contract Management (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Project Manager Contract Management (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will coordinate and manage commercial processes within complex project and service workflows
• In addition, you will prepare offers, price and cost calculations and independently manage the commercial order processing
• You will also maintain project-related data in SAP and be responsible for administrative processes from inquiry to invoicing
• Furthermore, you will monitor costs, deadlines and accounts and create project-related reports and analyses
• In addition, you will take over smaller sub-projects and work closely with internal specialist departments and project teams

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) with relevant additional qualifications
• In addition, you have experience in project management, contract management, or commercial project execution
• You also work confidently with MS Office – knowledge of SAP, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage
• Furthermore, you convince with a structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills
• In addition, you have fluent German and good English skills, and ideally knowledge of public procurement law or project-related contract environments
