Tasks

• Project Management: End-to-End management of part projects in the area of onshore installation for offshore network connection systems
• Interface Management: Active coordination between construction supervision, project management, suppliers, and executing companies
• Quality and Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with high safety, health, and quality standards (HSE) in accordance with the client's specifications
• Reporting: Transparent management of progress, quality, deadlines, and costs as well as maintenance of necessary project documentation
• Stakeholder Communication: Regular participation in project meetings and close coordination with the TenneT project team

Qualification

• Qualification: Completed degree (engineering or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in technical project management
• Industry Experience: Ideally, fundamental knowledge of the energy sector, particularly in the processing of transmission lines and converter stations (onshore/offshore)
• Built Practical Project Experience in HOAI performance phases 7+8
• Linguistic Skills: Verbal fluency in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Driver's License: Class B available
• Work Style: Structured, goal-oriented, and team-oriented work style. You are characterized by reliability in documentation and process security
• Mobility: High travel readiness for regular appointments at project sites (e.g., Hannover, construction sites, and production sites in North Germany)
