In this key position with perspective, you will manage mineral material flows in the regional market environment.

Operationally, you will coordinate disposal solutions for construction sites in day-to-day business.

Strategically, you will further develop a central business area with a future.

Disposal, utilization, and recycling of mineral residual materials involve understanding regional markets, actively developing solutions for the needs of construction sites, and intelligently directing material flows. You will take on a central interface function and build trusting relationships with our customers and partners.

Your Tasks:

• Contact person for customers, construction sites, disposal companies, logistics partners, appraisers, and engineering firms
• Concept, negotiation, and execution of economically viable disposal, utilization, and recycling solutions
• Coordination and management of mineral material flows: coordination with dispatch/logistics, internal sales, and disposal sites
• Calculation, quotation processing, and project support
• Building and maintaining a sustainable network in the regional market
• Identifying and realizing synergies between disposal, recycling, logistics, and the building materials business
• Co-shaping and further developing our processes and market activities

It is not crucial that you already have relevant professional experience.

Experience from the construction industry or construction site environment (e.g., site management, project management, engineering firm, or similar), disposal, recycling, logistics, or sales is helpful, but not a must. Dedicated career changers with strong market and customer orientation are also explicitly welcome.
