ekvip automation GmbH is a software company for mechanical and plant engineering, based in Leipzig with subsidiaries in the USA and Sarajevo. We develop
TwinCAT 3 frameworks (including our open-source framework cinnamon), C# applications for machine and line level, as well as commissioning services. Our guiding principle is simple: we shape automation.

Responsibilities

• Operational control and implementation of automation projects
  in the international mechanical engineering environment – from requirements analysis
  to rollout
• Coordination and communication with internal specialist departments, client companies, and external service providers
• Ensuring time, budget, and quality goals across all project phases
• Analysis of existing processes and derivation of software requirements in close cooperation with engineering
• Claim and change management
• Preparation and execution of project workshops, status meetings, and training sessions
• Documentation, monitoring, and reporting to management
• Handling intercultural teams

Qualifications

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational IT project management, ideally in the industrial or mechanical engineering sector
• Technical understanding of production processes, system architectures, and interfaces
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• High willingness to travel for international project assignments
