The IST GmbH develops and markets branch-specific software solutions since over 25 years. Our product “saleboard” is specifically tailored to the requirements of manufacturers and agencies from the FMCG industry, serving as a control system for the sales force.
Tasks
This is what you'll achieve with us
- Counseling and introduction of sales management systems at FMCG customers (manufacturers/agency)
- Complete project implementation including installation, setup, and data transfer
- 2nd/3rd Level Support after the project phase
- Training and support for existing customers
Qualification

- IT-related education/experience
- or comparable qualification
- Solution-oriented and structured work approach
- Fast comprehension
- Confident and competent appearance
- Sympathetic, customer-oriented, and team-spirited personality
- Desirable: Knowledge in the area of CRM systems, web software, business intelligence
