Then sparqs is the right place for you as a Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Utilities (m/f/d)! With us, you will steer projects for our clients in the energy supply sector. With your sound methodological and analytical approach, you will either support the sparqs in-house project team or support project leads on the client side in solving complex challenges, utilizing your experience in applying classic and agile/hybrid project management methods.

Tasks

• Consulting and coaching our clients from the energy supply sector on project-related topics and project support for project leads on the client side, to help shape their (transformation) projects successfully.

• Quality assurance of projects.

• Execution and management of SAP projects in the area of SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities within Time, Budget, and Scope.

• Support in planning transformation-relevant measures, including implementation support.

• Co-responsibility for the further development of sparqs' own project methodology and execution of the associated knowledge transfer with our clients.

• Participation and/or leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, close collaboration with other consulting units, and with the IT department of our clients in the projects.

• Conducting project meetings, workshops, and training sessions with our clients – both on-site and digitally.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or a comparable education/qualification.

• Your professional experience is at least 2-3 years in the successful execution of SAP S/4HANA Utilities projects in the energy supply sector.

• You bring a hands-on mentality required for the project.

• You are proficient in classic and agile project approaches and possess a solid methodological toolset of project management methods that you can professionally apply in projects.

• Working with complex project structures and client requirements is familiar to you, and you create the necessary clarity and structure in client projects through your methodological confidence.

• You have a customer-oriented way of working, act proactively, and use your analytical thinking to identify potential challenges/problems in projects and address them in a target-group-oriented manner.

• You work independently and are nevertheless able to integrate into a team – both internally and in projects – silo thinking is foreign to you.

• Certification in, for example, PRINCE2, IPMA, or PM is desirable.

• Negotiation-level German language skills at C1 level and good English skills in speaking and writing.
