Project Manager / Representative for Organizational Development (m/w/d)

We are a mid-sized corporate group with 23 sales companies in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Australia, employing more than 1,350 employees, including over 950 at our headquarters in Rosenfeld. We are world market leaders in our industry and export our products to over 120 countries. The focal points of our production are punching and forming technology, welding and assembly as well as plastic processing and polyurethane manufacturing. Our customers are predominantly from the automotive, aerospace, and construction industries. We are looking for a project manager / representative for organizational development who will support us in shaping the future of our company. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing organizational development projects to improve processes and structures within the company. • Analyzing and evaluating current processes and identifying areas for improvement. • Designing and implementing new processes and structures to increase efficiency and productivity. • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service quality. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners. • Participating in the development of new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our company. Requirements: • University degree in business administration, organizational development or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in project management or organizational development. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or similar is an advantage.
