Job description
Summary: This Project Manager position shall ensure the support and successful execution of service projects, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Planning and managing service projects Scheduling of internal and external technicians Successful execution of acceptance tests with the customer Operational involvement in projects, if necessary Coordination of complaints with customers in consultation with sales Reporting to the customer and internal departments Onboarding and further development of team members Must Haves: Experience in personnel leadership and development Technical understanding with a hands-on mentality At least 3 years of experience in project management Completed technical degree or technical vocational training Valid driver's license and police clearance certificate without entries Very good English skills, good German skills Nice to Haves: PMI and ITIL certification Experience in the data center and/or LAN environment Willingness to travel and flexibility High level of organizational skills
