Project Manager Quality and Process Management (m/w/d)

In this position, you shape the sustainable success of complex infrastructure projects by monitoring quality and process structures, ensuring defined standards throughout all project phases, and creating transparency at central milestones.

Tasks

• Conception, updating, and monitoring of project-specific QM documentation, handbooks, procedure guidelines, and checklists, as well as ensuring their binding application.
• Steering and tracking of defined Quality Gates in close coordination with project leadership, project team, and PMO, including structured reporting.
• Analysis, modeling, and continuous optimization of project-specific processes, as well as implementing suitable quality methods and standards.
• Participation in preparing and conducting internal and external audits and accompanying certification procedures according to ISO 9001.
• Moderation of Lessons-Learned-Workshops and promotion of cross-project knowledge transfer.

Qualification

• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification with technical or business administration focus.
• Several years of experience in quality and process management, ideally in implementing demanding infrastructure projects.
• Fundamental knowledge of the ISO 9000 series and ISO 21500, as well as experience in handling project-related management systems (Gates/Milestones).
• Practical experience in process modeling and safe handling of MS Office and SharePoint.
• Very good German and English skills, driver's license class B, and willingness to travel for projects.
