Project Manager Process Optimization (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as a "Project Manager Prozessoptimierung (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• As Project Manager (m/w/d) analyze and optimize existing workflows and develop uniform process standards further
• Identify potential for improvement and accompany measures to increase efficiency in various departments
• Create structured process documentation, reports, and standardized documents for projects and management
• Cordinate the alignment between project teams, departmental units, and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with defined project standards and process requirements

Qualification

• You hold a degree in e.g. business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You bring professional experience in process management, project management, or organizational development with you
• You work safely with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar applications
• You convince through analytical thinking, strategic approach, and independent working style
• You communicate precisely in German and English and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple parallel projects
