As Project Manager / Project Controller (m/w/d), you will lead our projects from contract receipt to defect-free handover – technically, organizationally, and financially.

You make decisions, clarify interfaces, are responsible for execution details, and coordinate all participants – internally and externally, independently, reliably, and in direct exchange with customers, contractors, and colleagues.

Aufgaben

What can you expect from us?

In your role, you will independently manage complex laboratory equipment projects. You will coordinate internally and externally, hold financial, technical, temporal, and qualitative threads in hand, and bring each project successfully across the finish line – including clean accounting and aftercare.

You will work closely with our CAD team, procurement, production, and assembly – but you will keep the project together. In doing so, you will independently:

• Project leadership from contract receipt to handover
• Techncial coordination with customers, architects, planners & execution teams
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality, budget, execution, and defect-free delivery
• Coordination of contractors from furniture, electrical, sanitary, and special contractors
• Nachtragsmanagement, budget monitoring & accounting preparation
• Führung von Projektteams with Technical Designer, Project Coordinator, Assembly
• Participation in planning meetings, site visits, inspections & handovers

Qualifikation

• Technical or commercially-technical education or degree (e.g. building designer, technician, engineer, project manager)
• Experience in leading projects from internal construction, TGA, or laboratory equipment projects
• Fundamental technical understanding (e.g. furniture, electrical, sanitary, media supply)
• Experience in dealing with customers, architects, and planners
• Knowledge of Nachtragsmanagement, VOB, term planning, project controlling
• Structured, solution-oriented, and assertive personality
• Travel readiness for project inspections & handovers nationwide
• Safe handling of MS Office, ideally ERP systems
