Tasks

• Structuring and coordinating complex topic packages with different professional perspectives to increase quality and productivity in the project
• Monitoring and controlling work packages in the project team using suitable software solutions, as well as ensuring transparency about the project's progress
• Operative responsibility in project management, particularly in change, resource, risk, and scheduling management
• Participation in creating framework and detail schedules, as well as coordinating temporal interfaces
• Preliminary preparation, moderation, and follow-up of workshops
• Creation of decision-making templates for management and accompaniment of communication and implementation of decisions

Qualification

• Degree in a relevant field, ideally in economics, infrastructure management, business administration or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in project management, as well as comprehensive knowledge of scheduling
• Ideal certification in project management according to IPMA
• Safe handling of MS Office, SAP, and scheduling tools like Primavera and MS Project
• Initiative, assertiveness, and excellent presentation and moderation skills
• Able to prepare complex content in a way that is easy to understand and win people over for common goals
• Driver's license class B and willingness to occasionally travel on business
