Your future area of deployment will be in our IT Service and Data Center department.
There, we offer individual customer solutions for operating their IT infrastructure in our data center, which also includes network- and client-based and standard applications. With our modern data center Mitteldeutschland, we provide IT services for the NT.AG corporate group and increasingly successfully also for external customer projects.

Aufgaben

• You are the interface to the customer and take over project management for the implementation of our IT customer projects, leading from planning to successful handover.
• You are responsible for planning and adhering to deadlines, budget, and resource planning.
• You moderate and document the project progress, create status reports, and reliably lead the projects to completion and subsequent operation and billing process.
• You organize and coordinate internal implementation processes between our IT department's specialist groups.
• As Service-Level Manager, you clarify and moderate ongoing service requests and billing inquiries. When extending customer requests, you create suitable customer offers.
• You translate customer tasks into internal technical requirements and technical solutions into customer language as a communicator and organizer between customers and our specialists.

Qualifikation

• Degree in Business Administration for IT System Management with professional experience or completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, experiences in IT service management are welcome.
• Knowledge of functional and working principles of a data center, cloud infrastructure, and knowledge of IT security aspects from data centers are desirable
• Career-oriented and sales-oriented thinking and acting
• Service-oriented and professional appearance towards our customers and partners
• Responsible, reliable, and self-reliant work style
• Willingness to get involved in new fields of expertise and expand IT infrastructure knowledge
• Experience in leading complex IT projects is desirable
