Tasks
- Participation in planning and coordination in cooperation with the production, purchasing, logistics, and shipping departments, including order assignment
- Efficient resource planning and control of orders, taking into account all operational resources, documentation, and system maintenance
- Ensuring optimal material availability to guarantee a smooth production process, including the creation, modification, and checking of manufacturing documents
- Implementation and optimization of work preparation processes to ensure efficient work design
- Acting as a competent point of contact for employees and customers on matters of work preparation and supporting specialist departments
- Planning and implementation of customer-specific special productions
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or completed further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) is an advantage
- Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally in the field of electronics / mechatronics or comparable qualification is desirable
- Experience in production planning, process development, and very good technical understanding
- Strong organizational skills and experience in coordinating workflows
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Solution-oriented approach and high level of initiative
- Enthusiastic about making production fit for the future through innovative concepts
