Tasks

• Collaboration in planning and coordination with the departments of production, procurement, logistics, and dispatch, including assignment of orders
• Efficient resource planning and control of orders taking into account all company resources, documentation, and system maintenance
• Ensuring optimal material availability to guarantee a smooth production process, including creation, modification, and testing of production documents
• Implementation and optimization of preparatory work processes to ensure efficient working arrangements
• Serving as a competent contact person for employees and customers regarding preparatory work and supporting the specialist departments

Qualification

• Degree in technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or economics, or completed vocational training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d), with experience being advantageous
• Completed technical education, preferably in the field of electronics / mechatronics or comparable qualification desired
• Experience in production planning, process development, and very good technical understanding
• Outstanding organizational skills and experience in coordinating workflows
• Strong communicative skills and team spirit
• Solution-oriented working style and high level of self-initiative
• Proud to make production fit for the future through innovative concepts
