Tasks

• Collaboration in planning and coordination with the production, procurement, logistics, and shipping departments, including assignment of orders
• Efficient resource planning and control of orders taking into account all company resources, documentation, and system maintenance
• Ensuring optimal material availability to guarantee a smooth production process, including the creation, modification, and testing of production documents
• Implementation and optimization of preparatory work processes to ensure efficient work organization
• Serving as a competent contact person for employees and customers regarding preparatory work and supporting the specialist departments
• Disposition and implementation of customer-specific special orders

Qualification

• Completed technical degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or economics, or completed further education to become a master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d), or equivalent
• Completed technical training, ideally in the field of electronics / mechatronics or comparable qualification
• Experience in production planning, process development, and very good technical understanding
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in coordinating workflows
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Solution-oriented working style and high level of self-initiative
• Enthusiastic about making production fit for the future through innovative concepts
