Project Manager / Project Developer (m/f/d) PV / Green Energy

As a Project Manager / Project Developer (m/f/d) for Agri PV, you will take responsibility for projects at the interface of Renewable Energy, Agriculture, and Building Law.
You will guide our Agri PV projects from the initial idea to approval or turnkey handover – with one clear goal: to make sustainable energy solutions a reality.

• As a Project Manager or Project Developer (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for our Agri PV projects, from contract signing to construction readiness.
• Planning, managing, and prioritizing project milestones are part of your daily routine. You will keep an eye on budgets, tasks, and goals at all times.
• In exchange with municipalities, authorities, farmers, and external partners, you will advance projects diplomatically and with a focus on solutions.
• You will oversee building law procedures and ensure that all requirements are met transparently and on time.
• Furthermore, you will develop strategies for acceptance and participation in communities and the public.
• You will assess the potential for dual use of agricultural land, for example for livestock farming or crop production under PV modules, and integrate this into project planning.
• With clear communication and a focus on results, you will efficiently manage interdisciplinary teams of planners, experts, lawyers, and agronomists.

• Completed degree or apprenticeship, ideally in a related field such as Civil Engineering, Environmental Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Renewable Energies, or comparable areas.
• Initial experience in project development, construction planning, and/or the PV industry.
• Experience in dealing with authorities and approval processes is desirable.
• Independent, structured, accurate, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and diplomatic tact in dealing with various stakeholders.
• At least fluent German language skills are essential.
