Aufgaben

• You steer change and optimization projects in production – from adapting processes to developing technical and organizational systems, even across departments.
• You develop ideas for continuous improvement and implement measures that sustainably increase process and product quality.
• You keep costs, quality, service level, and throughput times in mind and ensure that procedures and systems function efficiently and reliably.
• You support and advise leadership when it comes to successfully implementing improvement projects.
• You represent the department in interdepartmental initiatives and bring your professional perspective into play.
• You take over monitoring and reporting of all relevant measures and escalate deviations in a goal-oriented manner.
• You take care of additional special topics that arise within your role.

Qualifikation

• A completed degree with a technical or economic focus, ideally in the field of industrial engineering
• Numerous experience in leading and steering projects, ideally in the production or process environment
• Safe handling of common office applications as well as routine use of digital tools
• High social competence with excellent communication, team, and conflict resolution skills
• A structured, self-responsible working style combined with high stress tolerance, readiness for action, and flexibility
• A strong goal-oriented mindset and a high degree of self-organization
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2)
