Project Manager Personal Marketing & Digital Recruiting (m/w/d)

At AdKochMarketing GmbH, you'll accompany companies from the healthcare and social services sector in repositioning themselves as employers and winning the right people for them. You're close to the customer, close to the result, and close to a role that really counts.

As a project manager, you start where strategy meets implementation: You coordinate campaigns, steer processes, and build genuine customer relationships. Optionally, you have the opportunity to develop into an account manager and personally manage your own customers.

Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination, and independent implementation of personal marketing projects from the first briefing to the successful launch
• Preliminary preparation and conduct of customer kickoffs including complete campaign setup (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
• Ongoing project management: You keep milestones, timings, and customer goals in mind and take proactive action when necessary
• KPI tracking and performance analysis: You recognize what works and lead to concrete measures
• Technical connections between platforms and tools implement and understand
• Support for video productions and content shoots on location
• Active participation in the development of our processes and services: You're part of a team that's always growing, learning from each other, and continuously developing.
• Optional: Training as an account manager: Strategic consulting for your customers in the areas of employer branding, personal marketing, and recruiting

Qualification

• Structured, self-reliant work style: You keep track even with multiple projects
• Communication strength in dealing with customers and internally within the team
• Affinity to digital tools and social media platforms
• First experience in project management, marketing, or customer service,
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, customer consulting, employer branding, personnel affairs, online marketing, or social media is a plus but no requirement
