Project management in online marketing here doesn't mean managing tickets.
It means managing client relationships, helping to shape channel decisions, and keeping a team of specialists together.

AI is currently changing how we work and what clients expect.

We are looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity and can do both: think strategically and implement hands-on.

What you will do with us

• You will manage the client relationship: goals and roadmaps will be defined together with clients, kick-offs, quarterly reviews, and regular meetings are your responsibility
• You will connect stakeholders on the client side and internally, maintain contact with management, departments, marketing, sales, and IT, and bring everyone to the table
• You will develop strategies, make channel mix decisions (SEO/GEO, SEA, Social, Tracking), and identify growth levers
• You will actively use AI in everyday work: for research, analyses, content drafts, automations.
• You will be responsible for performance and reporting, creating reports with clear recommendations and next steps instead of pure data lists
• You will also get your hands dirty and operatively implement measures in selected projects
• You will actively shape the PM discipline: standards, learnings, methods

What the job looks like in detail

• You will work on several client projects simultaneously and be the central point of contact for your clients
• You will prioritize your tasks independently, represent your assessments to clients, and coordinate your team of specialists
• Not every strategy works the first time. How you deal with it is crucial
• You will work with existing client relationships and incoming inquiries

What you bring

• • At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, account management, or comparable independent activities
• You want to manage client relationships, not just tick them off. Understand business models, set priorities together, support decisions
• Knowledge in at least one online marketing area (e.g., SEO/GEO, SEA, Social, Tracking) and the motivation to learn the other areas
• AI is a tool for you that you use regularly. You know where it is effective and where it is not, and you are curious about what's next
• Structured, independent work, even with multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• German language skills at C1 proficiency level
