Tasks

• Total responsibility for controlling and monitoring all land rights and wayleave procedures
• Tight coordination with the external sales team (land acquisition specialists) as well as internal departments (Legal, Project Development, Permitting)
• Accompaniment and quality assurance of contract negotiations for lease, permission, and servitude agreements
• Preparation of project plans, status reports, and KPI reportings to management
• Maintenance of the land register as well as deadline management (options, expiration dates, extensions)
• Contact person for notaries, authorities, and land registry offices

Qualification

• Completed technical and business studies, e.g. economics with a focus on project management, civil engineering, energy and environmental technology or comparable qualification
• First experience in project management – ideally in land security or the energy sector
• Knowledge of real estate, property or contract law is an advantage
• Safe handling of project management and document management systems
• Communication strength, assertiveness and structured working method
• GIS knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS) desirable
