Project Manager (m/f/d) for Land Rights and Land Acquisition - Renewable Energies

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the management and monitoring of all land acquisition and land rights procedures
- Close coordination with the field service team (land agents) as well as internal specialist departments (Legal, Project Development, Permitting)
- Accompanying and quality assurance of contract negotiations for lease, permit, and easement agreements
- Creation of project plans, status reports, and KPI reporting to management
- Maintenance of the land register as well as deadline management (options, terms, extensions)
- Contact person for notaries, authorities, and land registries
Qualifications
- Completed technical and business studies, e.g., Industrial Engineering with a focus on Project Management, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in project management – ideally in land acquisition or the energy sector
- Knowledge of land registry, property, or contract law is an advantage
- Proficient use of project management and document management systems
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
- GIS knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS) desirable
