Project Manager (m/w/d) Contract Management

Shape projects comprehensively – from acquisition to completion.

In this role, you connect technology, economy, and contract management and take on a central function in the successful steering of our projects. You work closely with project leadership and management and develop yourself – step by step or directly – into an important interface within the company.

Tasks

• Supporting the technical project leadership in tender preparation, calculation, and contract review (HOAI, VOB, BGB)
• Participation in contract design and negotiations
• Project controlling (costs, hours, performance progress) on project and team level
• Support in post-delivery and claim management
• Negotiation and financial project evaluation

Qualification

• A successfully completed degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a focus on construction or business administration
• In an ideal scenario, you have several years of experience in project management, contract, or claim management
• Energetic graduates and those with initial work experience are also welcome
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Teamwork and confident appearance
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level) for secure communication with clients
