We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) on behalf of our partner company in the Munich area. As „Project Manager (m/w/d) Sanierung“, you will be responsible for the self-contained development and accompaniment of procurement processes and ensure a complete processing until the final decision is made.

Tasks

• As **„Project Manager (m/w/d) Sanierung“** take on the independent elaboration and accompaniment of procurement processes and ensure a complete processing until the final decision is made.
• You will be responsible for repair processes as well as customer complaints, which you will handle comprehensively in both technical and commercial respects.
• As the central point of contact, you will communicate reliably with national and international business partners and ensure professional care at eye level.
• You are also responsible for the thorough processing of incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure proper financial handling.
• In coordination with internal and external partners, you will implement guidelines in the area of quality assurance and contribute to compliance with and further development of corresponding standards.
• You support the optimization of existing processes through ongoing revision of process documentation and create practical working instructions.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, engineering or a comparable field with a technical or economic focus (m/w/d).
• If desired, you may already have gained practical experience in a project-related position or in a similar function.
• Your analytical thinking and good numerical understanding are just as characteristic as your structured, goal-oriented working style.
• You possess a high degree of organizational skills, self-initiative, and maintain an overview even when faced with multiple tasks.
• You have very good German and English language skills that round out your profile.
