Project Manager (m/w/d) - Quasiris Search Cloud

The Quasiris Search Cloud is a highly scalable, AI-supported enterprise search platform for demanding B2B and e-commerce companies. Our customers typically operate in the Enterprise segment (>100 million euros annual turnover) and expect high-performance, tailored search and AI solutions from semantic search to AI agents and RAG architectures.

Your Role
As Project Manager (m/w/d), you are the central interface between customer, product, and development. You steer implementation and innovation projects around the Quasiris Search Cloud — from requirement gathering to go-live and beyond.

Tasks

• Management of customer projects in the Enterprise environment
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of implementations
• Translation of technical requirements into technical work packages
• Closely coordinating with development, AI teams, and DevOps
• Moderation of workshops, discovery, and roadmap sessions
• Tracking project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Identification of upsell, expansion, and innovation potential
• Accompaniment of hypercare and optimization phases after go-live

Qualification

• Experience in IT project management, preferably SaaS / Cloud / Search / AI
• Understanding of data architectures, APIs, and integrations
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Outstanding customer- and solution-oriented approach
• Able to structure complex topics in a clear manner
• Safe appearance in the Enterprise environment (C-level advantageous)
• Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with search technologies, vector search, or RAG
• Background in e-commerce or data platforms
• Tech-savvy understanding of Kubernetes / Cloud / AI
