Project Manager (m/f/d) - Online Marketing Agency

Have you already worked in an agency, maintain an overview even with multiple parallel client projects, and feel comfortable between client meetings, content production, and project planning?

Then we are looking for you as a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our team at wirdenkenlokal.

We are a media house and agency based in Nuremberg, supporting companies in becoming visible, reaching new customers, and attracting suitable employees. To achieve this, we develop and implement projects related to social media, video and photo production, online campaigns, PR, and events.

For the management of our client projects, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility, works in a structured manner, and at the same time understands that agency life doesn't always go according to the book.

Tasks

• Project Management: You will independently manage our agency projects – from planning and coordinating execution to successful completion. You will oversee social media projects, video productions, photo shoots, and other online marketing campaigns.
• Client Service & Consulting: You will be a central point of contact for our clients, conduct regular client meetings, and advise them within our service portfolio. You will understand what the client wants to achieve, translate requirements into concrete tasks, and develop suitable solutions together with our team.
• Coordination & Overview: Multiple clients, different deadlines, and various internal contacts simultaneously? This is exactly where you come in. You will prioritize tasks, coordinate timings and resources, and ensure that all parties involved know what needs to be done and when.
• Content Productions: You won't just be at your desk: For selected video and photo productions, you will support our team on-site, coordinate processes, and ensure that client requirements are met together with our creatives.
• Interface between Client and Team: You will work closely with our social media managers, videographers, photographers, and other colleagues. Information, feedback, and approvals will come to you and be structured and passed on by you.
• Project Management with Awork: We organize our projects using Awork. You don't need to know the tool yet – however, we expect experience with project management tools like Awork, Asana, Monday, Trello, or comparable solutions.
• AI & Process Optimization: We already use AI extensively in our daily work and want to expand this further. You are open to using AI tools both within client projects and for optimizing our internal processes, trying out new possibilities, and continuously improving existing workflows.

Qualifications

• Agency Experience: You have already worked in a marketing, social media, digital, content, or comparable agency and are familiar with the dynamics of agency life.
• Experience in Online Marketing: You bring practical prior experience and a good understanding of social media, content production, and online campaigns. You don't have to be able to do everything yourself – but you should understand how good projects in these areas are planned and executed.
• Organizational Talent: You can manage multiple client projects simultaneously, set priorities, and maintain an overview even when five things happen at once on any given day.
• Stress Resilience: When things get turbulent, you don't get hectic but focused. You can handle time pressure, short-term changes, and intensive project phases, and you tend to perform at your best rather than losing your overview.
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and goal-oriented communication – both written and verbal – is expected. You can communicate confidently with clients as well as formulate clear briefings and tasks internally.
• Self-Responsibility: You don't wait for someone to tell you every next step. You recognize what needs to be done, address problems early, and take responsibility for your projects.
• Interest in Marketing & Media: You are interested in social media, marketing, media, and digital communication beyond your immediate tasks. You want to understand which platforms, formats, and developments are currently relevant.
• Openness to AI: ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools are not a threat to you but tools. You are eager to find out how we can achieve better results and work more efficiently with them.
