Project Manager (m/f/d) Sustainable Building and QNG

Job description

We are a growing energy consulting and planning firm based in Tostedt, in the commuter belt of Hamburg. Our team consists of 19 dedicated colleagues – from planners and engineers to construction technicians and administrative staff.

We support our clients with construction projects of all kinds – whether new buildings or existing properties, residential or non-residential buildings. Our service includes personal on-site consultation, checking offers, applying for subsidies, and preparing all necessary plans and calculations. We accompany projects up to acceptance, check invoices, and handle the disbursement of subsidies.

As our workload is constantly growing and our projects are becoming more extensive, we are looking for active support to continue realizing the best solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will create heat and energy performance certificates for new construction and existing projects
  • You will develop and evaluate energy and thermal insulation concepts
  • You will support new construction projects regarding QNG and energy-efficient construction
  • You will prepare certifications, documentation, and certification documents
  • You will advise on government subsidy programs and develop suitable subsidy strategies
  • You will work closely with architects, specialized planners, and building owners

Qualifications

  • You have a completed university degree in engineering or architecture (Bachelor or Master) or alternatively a completed trade apprenticeship with a master craftsman certificate
  • You have experience in the areas of building physics, thermal insulation, energy-efficient construction, and ideally in QNG
  • You are familiar with relevant standards and certification procedures, such as the GEG, or are willing to familiarize yourself with these topics
  • You work independently, in a structured and organized manner, and are characterized by a results-oriented work approach
  • You think solution-oriented, take responsibility, and actively contribute to the team with commitment
  • You communicate confidently, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and enjoy working with clients and colleagues
