Sustainability Project Manager (m/w/d) for Sustainable Building and QNG
Job description
We are a growing energy consulting and planning office with its seat in Tostedt, in the Speckgürtel of Hamburg. Our team consists of 19 engaged colleagues – from planners and engineers to technical experts and administrative staff.
We support our customers with building projects of all kinds – whether it's a new build or an existing building, residential or non-residential buildings. Our service includes personal consulting on site, reviewing offers, applying for funding, and creating all necessary plans and calculations. We accompany the projects until completion, check invoices, and take care of the payment of funding.
As our workload is constantly growing and our projects are becoming increasingly complex, we are looking for energetic support to continue delivering the best solutions for our customers.
Tasks
- You prepare heat and energy certificates for new build and existing projects
- You develop and test energy and insulation concepts
- You accompany new building projects in terms of QNG and sustainable building
- You create evidence, documentation, and certification materials
- You advise on state-funded programs and develop suitable funding strategies
- You work closely with architects, engineers, and builders
Qualification
- You have a completed degree in engineering or architecture (Bachelor or Master) or alternatively a completed vocational training with a master's title
- You have experience in the fields of building physics, insulation, sustainable building, and ideally QNG
- You are familiar with relevant standards and evidence procedures, such as GEG, or are willing to get involved in these topics
- You work independently, structured, and organized and demonstrate a result-oriented working style
- You think solution-oriented, take responsibility, and actively join the team with enthusiasm
- You communicate securely, approach friendly and professionally, and enjoy working with customers and colleagues
