Project Manager (m/w/d) with Development to Account Manager - Full-time (m/w/d)

As a Project Manager, you start where strategy meets implementation: You coordinate campaigns, steer processes, and build genuine customer relationships. Step by step, you develop yourself into an Account Manager with your own accounts, responsibility, and real scope for design.

Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination, and independent implementation of personnel marketing projects from the first briefing to the successful launch
• Preliminary preparation and conduct of customer kickoffs including complete campaign setup (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
• Ongoing project management: You keep milestones, timings, and customer goals in mind and take proactive action when needed
• KPI tracking and performance analysis: You recognize what works and lead to concrete measures
• Technical connections between platforms and tools implement and understand
• Support for video productions and content shoots on location
• Active participation in the development of our processes and services
• Mit wachsender Erfahrung: Ausbildung zum Account Manager: Strategic counseling of your customers in the areas of Employer Branding, Personal Marketing, and Recruiting

Qualifikation

• Structured, self-sufficient work style: You keep track even with multiple projects
• Communication strength in dealing with customers and internally within the team
• Affinity to digital tools and social media platforms
• First experience in project management, marketing, or customer service
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Prior knowledge of Meta Ads, customer counseling, Employer Branding, Personal Marketing, Online Marketing, or Social Media is a plus but no requirement
