Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

We offer a position as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in our Project Management team. In this role, you are responsible for the coordination of several large projects - from the tender to acceptance. You will work closely with customers, project partners, suppliers and internal teams. The projects typically have a term of 12 to 36 months and a volume of 20 to 100 million pounds.

As the central point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, you ensure a smooth implementation and make a significant contribution to the further development of our project management processes. Your place of work is Linden in Hesse, with travel within Germany, Europe and internationally.

Your tasks

• Management of several large projects
• Ensuring timely and budget-compliant implementation
• Main contact person for customers and project participants
• Creation and tracking of project plans
• Identification and mitigation of project risks
• Internal and external project reporting in accordance with governance and contractual requirements
• Ensuring the contractual project scope and management of change requests
• Coordination of subcontractors and main suppliers
• Monitoring the installation, commissioning and testing of ITM products
• Compliance with all health and safety regulations throughout the entire project execution

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering) with a focus on Project Management
• Extensive experience in project management of complex large-scale projects
• Sound knowledge of EPC contracts in the oil, gas and construction industries
• Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with manufacturing systems and processes
• Proficient in MS Project
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
