Project Manager (m/f/d) Construction & Real Estate

Our client accompanies demanding construction and real estate projects and supports its clients in the professional management and implementation of their projects. The company combines technical expertise with economic understanding and practical advice.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will accompany and manage demanding projects and take on an important interface function between clients, planners, and executing companies.

Your area of responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• Independent management and control of construction and real estate projects
• Coordination of the various project stakeholders as well as external specialist planners and service providers
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality requirements
• Support and advice to the client on technical and organizational project issues
• Assumption of tasks within the scope of client representation
• Review of planning stages and technical solution approaches
• Early identification of potential project risks and development of suitable measures
• Technical examination and assessment of real estate and project developments
• Depending on experience, involvement in technical due diligence projects
• Creation of project reports, documentation, and decision proposals
• Regular coordination with clients and all relevant project partners

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for individuals who combine technical understanding with organizational talent and a passion for project business.

Ideally, you have:

• A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, M&E Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or a comparable technical qualification
• Initial or several years of professional experience in the construction or real estate sector
• Experience in project management, planning, or technical real estate consulting
• A good understanding of technical and economic contexts
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Initiative and the willingness to take responsibility for your own projects
• Confident and professional demeanor towards clients and project partners
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with different specialist disciplines
