Job description

As a classic start-up, our adventure began 15 years ago in an emergency department of a Hessian hospital. Meanwhile, we are the leading provider of emergency department systems. At the current time, most of our customers come from Germany. Our mission is to provide digital solutions for efficient and targeted care in the emergency department. To this end, our project managers are in close exchange with our customers. They manage software implementation from planning phase to go-live and maintain a close contact with the customer afterwards. The 8-member project management team is growing further and is looking for competent and sympathetic reinforcement. Maybe you?

Tasks

  • Self-responsible planning, coordination, and implementation of projects for the introduction of software solutions for medical process management in clinical and preclinical emergency medicine
  • Monitoring project progress with regular reporting and documentation of goal achievement
  • Implementation of process analyses in the area of emergency departments from acute hospitals
  • Development of action strategies and recommendations for process optimization
  • Communication and coordination with customers and colleagues

Qualification

  • SUCCESSFUL completion of a nursing education or comparable degree
  • Professional experience in a central emergency department or rescue service
  • Ideal experience in planning and controlling projects
  • Sovereign handling of MS Office 365 and other IT applications
  • Pleasure in cooperative work with different teams
  • Quality awareness, self-initiative, and self-responsibility
  • Safe communicative appearance in word and writing
  • High engagement, flexibility, stress resistance during peak periods and customer orientation
  • High travel readiness
