Project Manager (m/f/d) for Customer and Internal Projects

We are an internationally active software company, specializing in IT solutions for golf facilities and golf associations. Whether a club manages members, books tee times, organizes tournaments, or handles cash at the counter, most of it runs through us. With over 700 customers, we are a long-standing, reliable partner in German-speaking golf, with personal support in several languages.

We are growing, and with us, the projects are growing: new clubs joining us, major overhauls and migrations, associations and large clients with their own requirements. Such projects need someone to lead them, someone who knows who does what by when, and who accompanies the team and the club through the crucial weeks. That's exactly who we are looking for.

Tasks

• You will lead customer and internal projects from planning to go-live: onboarding new golf facilities, conversion and migration projects, supporting large clients and associations.
• You will also lead internal projects, for example, related to our ERP implementation and our knowledge base.
• You will keep track of deadlines, dependencies, and all stakeholders, and communicate clearly in both directions, to the club and to the team.
• You are the face of your projects, the person with whom customers and colleagues feel well looked after.
• You will work with AI support: We are intentionally integrating AI into everyday work so that your energy flows into people and decisions instead of just doing the legwork.

You won't be working alone: You will join a well-coordinated team of approximately [XX] colleagues. Support, development, sales, and management are close by, and communication channels are short.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in project leadership or project management, preferably in a software or IT environment, with several projects that you have demonstrably brought to a successful conclusion.
• Completed vocational training or a degree, preferably with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
• You are structured and can maintain an overview even with multiple projects running in parallel.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a high customer focus. Customer proximity is not just a buzzword for you.
• You organize yourself independently and reliably in a remote setup.
• You are AI-savvy and curious about how modern tools can improve your work.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages are a plus.

A project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is welcome, but not mandatory. Experience with golf, leisure, or sports technology is a plus. If you lack it, you should bring the desire to immerse yourself in our world.
