Project Manager (m/w/d)
At EWERK, we implement complex projects for our customers, which set high demands on structure, transparency, and reliability. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Project Manager (m/w/d).
What you can expect

- You will work together with customers and internal teams to clarify goals, priorities, and framework conditions and ensure a feasible project structure.
- You will plan resources, timelines, budgets, and keep these in mind throughout all project phases.
- You will coordinate internal departments and external partners so that cooperation remains efficient, transparent, and goal-oriented.
- You will ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs remain in line and actively steer projects, even if requirements change.
- You will recognize risks early on, moderate changes (Change Requests), and contribute to sustainable decisions.
- You will communicate regularly with all relevant stakeholders and ensure transparency through clearly structured reporting.
- You will maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports so that they remain comprehensible, up-to-date, and usable.
- You will also bring yourself into the further development of our project management methods and standards.
We look forward to
- A completed education or degree in the economic, technical, or IT-related field, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in project management, ideally in complex or IT-related projects.
- Knowledge of classical and/or agile approaches, such as waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban, as well as the ability to apply methods situationally.
- A structured, solution-oriented work style and a high degree of self-responsibility.
- Communication strength, confident demeanor, and the ability to bring together different interests.
- Routine handling of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Very good German and good English skills for collaboration in projects.
Our benefits
- Flexibility is our motto – office, remote, home office, or workation within the EU? You decide.
- Family-friendly – flexible working hours support you in achieving a balanced work-life balance.
- Well-supplied in your daily work – free drinks, fresh fruit, and a modern cafeteria with cooking facilities.
- Sustainable mobility – JOB ticket and JobRad, including a bike garage, promote environmentally friendly travel.
- Your development in focus – individual further training measures, method trainings, and regular development conversations accompany your path.
- Technology at your disposal – choose between MacBook or Windows laptop and receive a company phone for mobile work.
- Team spirit & exchange – team and company events strengthen cooperation, networking, and community.
- Stay active & healthy – our in-house PUMPWERK, ergonomic workstations, health days, occupational health and safety, and sick leave support your well-being. One hour of sports per week is working time at our company.
