Project Manager (m/w/d) Energy Consulting & Renovation

We are a growing energy consulting and planning office with its seat in Tostedt, in the Speckgürtel of Hamburg. Our team consists of 19 engaged colleagues – from planners and engineers to construction technicians and administrative staff members.

We support our customers with building projects of all kinds – whether it's a new build or an existing building, residential or non-residential buildings. Our service includes personal consulting on site, reviewing offers, applying for funding, and creating all necessary plans and calculations. We accompany the projects until completion, check invoices, and take care of the payment of funding.

As our workload is constantly growing and our projects are becoming increasingly complex, we are looking for energetic support to continue realizing the best solutions for our customers.

Aufgaben

• You create energy certificates (demand and consumption certificates) for residential and non-residential buildings
• You develop individual renovation plans (iSFPs) and assess measures in terms of energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• You conduct energetic expert planning as well as heat protection certificates
• You plan and accompany demanding efficiency house concepts for residential and non-residential buildings – from planning to implementation
• You advise homeowners on energy modernizations and sustainable renovation solutions
• You support our customers in selecting, applying for, and processing suitable funding and funding programs
• You work closely with architects, engineers, and other project participants and coordinate the alignment within the project

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in engineering or architecture (Bachelor or Master) or alternatively a completed vocational training with a master's title
• You have experience in energy renovation of existing buildings
• You ideally have experience in creating energy certificates and individual renovation plans (iSFPs)
• You are familiar with funding programs and funding (e.g. BAFA and KfW)
• You bring a good understanding of energy consumption, CO2 balances, and cost-effectiveness considerations
• You work independently, structured, and reliably and keep track even with multiple projects
• You think solution-oriented, work well in a team, and convince through engagement and responsibility awareness
• You communicate securely, appear friendly and professionally, and enjoy advising customers competently
