Aufgaben

This is what we expect from you:

• You will work closely with our colleagues from the consulting, DevOps, software development, and marketing departments on digitalization projects with an Atlassian- and DevOps-focused team.
• You are responsible for the success of our customers and support them in understanding their challenges and achieving their goals.
• You support customers in implementing digitalization projects and manage multiple projects and customers to ensure a smooth process.
• You actively participate in customer meetings and ensure trustworthy and professional customer experiences.
• You are an organizational talent and coordinate projects taking into account resources, time, budget, and goals.
• You actively contribute to the establishment and optimization of processes as well as the creation of new structures and workflows within the company.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have a completed degree in fields such as business informatics, computer science, digitalization or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management for IT digitalization projects.
• You have experiences in realizing and coordinating customer projects.
• Your advanced technical understanding and experiences with project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) characterize you.
• You have experiences with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• You have secure German and English language skills.
