Our client supports demanding real estate and construction projects from the early project phase through planning and realization to technical assessment and commissioning. In doing so, the company takes on tasks such as project management and client representation for its customers.

The project portfolio comprises various asset classes and therefore offers diverse technical and organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for demanding construction and real estate projects and act as a competent point of contact for clients and project partners.

Your responsibilities include in particular:

• Management and coordination of construction and real estate projects
• Monitoring and ensuring costs, deadlines, and quality
• Review and technical assessment of planning and execution services
• Coordination of involved planners, specialized planners, executing companies, and other project partners
• Carrying out tasks on behalf of the client or supporting client representation
• Identifying project risks and developing suitable solutions and optimization measures
• Technical analysis and assessment of existing properties
• Depending on the project, participation in technical due diligence checks and property valuations
• Preparation of reports, decision proposals, and project documentation
• Professional communication with clients and other project stakeholders

Qualifications

You do not have to meet every single point. The crucial thing is that you bring a good technical background and enjoy taking responsibility in construction and real estate projects.

Ideally, you have:

• a completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Building Technology/MEP or a comparable qualification
• professional experience in construction, project management, project steering, planning, or technical real estate consulting
• an understanding of the technical and economic interrelationships of construction and real estate projects
• a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with clients and project partners
• enjoyment of independently managed project work and direct customer contact
• willingness to accompany projects on-site if necessary
