Project Manager (m/w/d) Battery Energy Storage System - Renewable Energies

You are an expert for large-scale battery storage and renewable energies? Then we need you!

In a strong company for renewable energies that implements solar and wind power plants throughout the country, we need you for planning and implementing mega-projects (BESS).

As Project Developer (m/w/d) Battery Energy Storage, you are responsible for the entire project management of future battery energy storage projects from site selection to final handover.

The projects of tomorrow will be developed at our company's location in Berlin. In addition to your desire to be a part of this forward-looking vision, you should also bring travel readiness – regular visits to the planned battery energy storage sites are part of your tasks.

Tasks

• You are responsible for identifying, coordinating, and steering battery energy storage projects.
• You accompany BESS projects from idea to final handover.
• You conduct site analyses and flat surveys and create a planning concept.
• You assess project risks and accompany approval procedures.
• You report regularly on the status of the projects and work closely with internal specialist departments.

Qualification

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and with battery energy storage systems, for example as project developer/in in the field of photovoltaics, solar, wind or renewable energies.
• Degree in a technical field, for example electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Experience in handling project management tools and MS Office.
• Good understanding of business economic relationships.
• Your communication skills make you a strong negotiator.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
• Readiness to travel throughout Germany, as part of your tasks is visiting the projects on site.
