About Us

INNOFLEET is a specialized vehicle service provider that procures and provides vehicles of any requested specification for short and long-term assignments, both domestically and internationally, for companies in the automotive industry. The vehicles are used in particular for competitive comparisons (benchmarks), technology analyses, workshops, car clinics, and product training. Where specific vehicle models or specific equipment are needed at short notice, we are responsible for the entire process – from global market research and procurement to timely delivery and return.

We are an owner-managed company with lean structures, short decision-making paths, and a high standard of commitment and precision.

Our customers include automotive manufacturers (OEMs), supplier industry companies, engineering firms, market research institutes, and specialized agencies.

We are looking for an Automotive Project Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect to manage operations and further expand our projects.

Your Area of Responsibility

• You will review incoming customer inquiries, research the required vehicles on the national and international market, conduct price negotiations, and procure vehicles as well as necessary third-party services.
• You will economically calculate the projects and prepare binding offers for our customers.
• You will plan and manage the complete preparation and follow-up of assignments – from organizing vehicle pick-ups and returns to handling claims in case of damage.
• You will be the direct point of contact for our customers during the project duration and continuously expand our network of clients and suppliers, both domestically and internationally.
• You will actively contribute to the optimization of our internal processes and our project management software, and will naturally also lend a hand with organizational and administrative tasks in everyday office life.

What You Bring

• A commercial or technical apprenticeship or a degree – what is most important to us is your practical experience in project business, purchasing, dispatch, or in the automotive environment.
• Enjoyment of purchasing and negotiation, as well as the ambition to procure even hard-to-get vehicles on the market in a timely manner.
• A committed, professional demeanor towards demanding industrial customers and suppliers.
• Organizational talent, solution-oriented thinking, and composure, even when project requirements change at short notice.
• Fluent German and good English skills, experience with modern IT systems, and a Class B driver's license.
