Your Responsibilities
• Organize and/or conduct an SDLC assessment with a focus on testing
• Elaborate target state, project scope, and success criteria and align them with the relevant stakeholders
• Prepare decision-making bases for management, including business case, cost-benefit analysis, risk, and feasibility assessment
• Evaluate and recommend suitable solutions, tools, platforms, or services using RFI/RFP, and prepare the agreed-upon selection
• In collaboration with the responsible departments, draft contracts with the selected provider for pilot, introduction, and operation, and negotiate with vendor management
• Develop target architecture and operating model, including integration into the existing system landscape as well as operating model, roles, and responsibilities
• Develop a security and compliance concept to address data protection, governance, risk, compliance, and IT security
• Design and set up a technical Proof of Concept to verify the connection of relevant systems and LLMs
• Design and conduct a pilot, including defining objectives, clarifying governance and risks, planning and coordination, target verification, and final report and recommendation
• Lead the scaling and rollout phase and integrate the solution into the existing system and tool landscape, including interfaces to source systems, databases, and test environments
• Plan, manage, and coordinate the project from initialization to commissioning, including schedule, budget, and quality control, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting to steering committees
• Create necessary documentation and regulations, including policies, processes, operating concepts, and role and responsibility definitions
• Create the project test concept and plan, coordinate, and monitor test management in the project
• Plan change management and steer its implementation, including communication, training, and handover to operations
Must-Have Requirements
• Proven, multi-year, and in-depth project management experience in complex IT and integration projects in demanding environments, ideally in the banking or financial sector
• Substantial experience with the use of AI in testing contexts, for example with Agentic AI, Autonomous Testing, AI-driven Testing, or comparable projects in the enterprise environment
• Several years of experience in test management, software testing, or quality assurance, ideally including conducting test assessments
• Many years of experience collaborating with governance, risk, compliance, data protection, and security departments
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially Swiss DSG and FINMA regulations
• German language skills at least at C1 level in spoken and written for project language and documentation
• English language skills at least at C1 level for communication with international contacts and documentation
• High self-organization, assertiveness, and strong solution orientation
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders on an equal footing
