m2ing offers a unique building data bank that maps all inspection and management processes throughout the lifecycle of buildings – from bridges to high-rise buildings to other assets.
As Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating projects around BIM-supported building processes, digital data management solutions, and AI-based analyses. You work at the interface between engineering, digitalization, AI, and software development and shape the future of building administration actively with.

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Coordination and support for projects in the area of BIM management, digital data processes, and AI-based workflows at the interface between our customers and our development team
• Analyzing, structuring, and optimizing building data throughout its lifecycle.
• Supporting the implementation and further development of digital inspection processes, automated workflows, and AI applications.
• Familiarization with standards, guidelines, and BIM standards.
• Coordinating with development teams on functional requirements, data flows, and AI solutions.
• Creating technical documentation, guidelines, and project reports.
• Factual testing and validation of software and AI solutions.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Degree in Building Engineering, Building Informatics, Digital Building, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM, or a related field.
• Interest in BIM-supported building management, digital data processes, and AI-based applications.
• Analytical, structured, and precise working style.
• Taking responsibility, self-motivation, and a communicative personality that enjoys working in project teams with customers
• Very good German language skills; English language skills are an asset.
• No extensive professional experience is required, but you should have already completed some internships – motivation, structured work, and your personality are crucial for us.
