Project Manager Market and Social Research (m/w/d)

We are an international market research company with headquarters in Hamburg. For over 70 years, we have been supporting national and international customers with tailored solutions in market and social research. As a specialized service provider for field and data services, we combine experience, quality, and modern research expertise.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for engaged support in the area of project management as of now.

Tasks

• Self-responsible management and control of market research projects
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of all project phases
• Customer communication and consulting on market research-related topics
• Control of fieldwork and quality assurance
• Preparation of offers, calculations, and profitability reports
• Coordination of price and contract negotiations
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships and support in new customer acquisition

Qualification

Your Profile

• Degree or training in the field of economics, marketing, market research, psychology, sociology, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management, market research, or a customer-oriented environment is advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High customer- and service orientation
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
