Aufgaben

• Plan, control, and participate in the implementation of marketing and communications projects
• Analyze markets, target groups, and competition to develop targeted advertising and communication concepts
• Development and implementation of cross-media marketing campaigns including budget, time, and quality responsibility
• Comprehensive content creation for print and digital media (text, image, video)
• Target group-specific planning, implementation, and maintenance of social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Creation and maintenance of editorial plans as well as active participation in the content strategy
• Idea development and support for strategic marketing planning

Qualifikation

• Completed education or degree in the field of marketing, media, communication, or comparable qualification
• You master German and English in writing and speaking, additional languages are an asset
• Experience in campaign management with Meta (Business Suite, Ads Manager)
• Structured, creative, and solution-oriented working style, high level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and team fit
• Affinity for digital trends, social media, and performance marketing
• Experience in photography, video production, and image and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Safe handling of MS-Office applications
