Do you know personnel development from practical experience, maintain an overview even with several parallel projects, and can develop a viable concept from a concrete learning need?

For an internationally active company, I am looking for a Project Manager Learning & Development (m/f/d) who not only conceives modern learning offers but also manages their implementation from the initial idea to successful roll-out.

The position combines project management, personnel development, and digital learning formats. You will collaborate with various specialist departments, managers, and external partners, ensuring that practical and effective learning solutions emerge from requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will translate diverse learning and development needs into clearly structured projects.
• You will plan and manage several projects in parallel – including goals, timelines, budgets, and results.
• You will develop suitable learning concepts for different target groups, combining in-person formats, digital offerings, and learning on the job.
• You will also contribute content-wise when concepts, learning paths, or training materials are developed.
• You will coordinate internal subject matter experts, managers, HR colleagues, as well as external training providers and service providers.
• You will support the introduction and utilization of a new company-wide HR and Learning system.
• You will create uniform processes and standards for the planning, implementation, and documentation of learning offers.
• You will develop appropriate criteria for measuring success and use feedback and key figures for further development of the programs.
• You will ensure that successful concepts can also be used at other locations and for other target groups.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Personnel Development, Corporate Learning, or a comparable field
• Sound experience in project management – ideally from needs analysis to implementation
• Knowledge in Instructional Design as well as a good understanding of contemporary learning methods
• Experience with digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems, or authoring tools
• Experience with Workday is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
• Confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders and interests
• A structured and independent way of working, as well as the ability to consistently drive topics forward
• Very good German and English language skills
• A completed university degree, for example in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
