morethingsdigital is a development agency from Passau with a focus on web applications, websites, and web apps.
We develop individual digital solutions for our customers – technically clean, pragmatic, and with a clear view of the actual needs.

To further develop our projects and customer relationships, we are looking for someone who combines project management, consulting, and customer communication in a meaningful way.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

Project & Customer Management

• Main point of contact for ongoing customer projects
• Planning, coordination, and accompaniment of projects
• Organization and implementation of customer meetings
• Structuring of requirements, priorities, and next steps

Consulting & Sales

• Consultation of customers on digital solutions and projects
• Evaluation of feasibility, effort, and alternatives
• Identification of follow-up projects and additional needs
• Active shaping of new customer acquisition as well as our positioning and address at the market
• A provision-based model for acquiring new customers is conceivable

Teamwork

• Tight coordination with the management team and development team
• Translation of customer requirements into clear, actionable tasks
• Ensuring transparent communication and project overviews

Decision Framework

• You work closely with the management team together and agree on central project and customer topics
• In operational daily business, you act independently and responsibly
• The role is operationally oriented and not a leadership or management position

Qualification

You bring this with you

Must-haves

• Experience in project management, customer consulting, or the agency/IT environment
• Very good communicative skills and confident appearance
• Structured, reliable work style
• Basic understanding of web and software projects

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in addressing new customers or consultative sales
• Techical understanding (e.g. CMS, frontend/backend, APIs – no programming necessary)
• Experience with offers, project durations, or budgets

Framework Conditions

• Employment Form: Part-time (3-4 days) or full-time
• Location: Passau and surrounding area up to approximately 100 km (Lower Bavaria)
• Work Model: Flexible work model with predominantly remote work and the possibility of collaboration on site in the Passau area.
• Languages: German (native language), English (negotiation secure)
