As an IT Project Manager (m/w/d), you will lead complex ERP projects – from analysis to go-live – and actively shape the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Tasks

Your Mission

In your project manager job, you are responsible for clear, measurable project success in IT and ERP projects – technically, economically, and organizationally.

• You will lead ERP implementation projects from A to Z – from kick-off to go-live
• You will analyze and optimize processes – e.g., in logistics, production, or finance
• You will structure requirements, develop specifications, and align with development and customers
• You will moderate workshops, provide training, and present results – convincingly and target-group-oriented
• You will bring your expertise actively into internal digitalization projects and shape the future with us

Qualification

What you'll be working on

To fill this project manager job, you will bring strategic insight and operational know-how with:

• You have a degree or training in the field of economics, IT, or project management
• You have several years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting
• You are familiar with business processes – e.g., in production, logistics, or finance
• You understand technical connections – e.g., at interfaces or data flows
• You work structured, reliable, and with a clear view of time, budget, and quality
• You moderate safely, communicate clearly, and take a convincing stance – internally and externally
• You are happy to travel in the DACH region
