Responsibilities

Your Mission: Responsibility, Impact, Digitalization

• You lead ERP implementation projects from A to Z – from kick-off to go-live
• You analyze and optimize processes – e.g., in logistics, production, or finance
• You structure requirements, develop specifications, and coordinate closely with development and customers
• You manage multiple IT/ERP projects in parallel – with an overview of time, budget, and quality
• You moderate workshops, conduct training sessions, and present results – convincingly and tailored to the target audience
• You actively contribute your expertise to internal digitalization projects and shape the future with us

Qualifications

What makes you effective with us:

• You have several years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting
• You are familiar with business processes, e.g., in production, logistics, or finance
• You understand technical contexts, such as interfaces, data flows, or APIs
• You work in a structured, reliable manner with a clear focus on time, budget, and quality
• You moderate confidently, communicate clearly, and present yourself convincingly – both internally and externally
• You occasionally travel within the DACH region – planned and to a moderate extent
