As an IT Project Manager (m/w/d), you lead challenging ERP projects – from analysis to go-live – and actively shape the digitalization of the Mittelstand.

Your Mission

You are responsible for clear, measurable project success in IT and ERP projects – professionally, economically, and organizationally.

• You lead ERP implementation projects from A to Z – from kick-off to go-live
• You analyze and optimize processes – e.g., in logistics, production, or finance
• You structure requirements, develop specifications, and align with development and customers
• You moderate workshops, give training sessions, and present results – convincingly and target-group-oriented
• You bring your expertise actively into internal digitalization projects and shape the future with us

Qualifikation

For this IT Project Manager Job, you bring strategic insight and operational expertise with:

• You have a degree or training in the field of economics, IT, or project management
• You have several years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting
• You know business processes, e.g., in production, logistics, or finance
• You understand technical connections, such as interfaces or data flows
• You work structured, reliably, and with a clear view for time, budget, and quality
• You moderate safely, communicate clearly, and take a convincing stand – internally and externally
• You are happy to travel in the DACH region
