Project Manager Influencer Marketing (m/f/d)

Do you want to not only accompany influencer campaigns, but also manage them independently and lead them to success?

At LikeGroup, you will manage your own customer portfolio and be responsible for influencer marketing campaigns from planning to reporting. At the same time, you will support our Team Leads in the implementation of large key account projects.

Responsibilities

• You will manage your assigned customers completely and independently.
• You will be the central point of contact for your customers and advise them strategically and operationally.
• You will plan, manage, and execute influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
• You will ensure that deadlines, budgets, and agreed-upon services are met.
• You will take responsibility for the quality and results of your projects.
• You will coordinate project team members and Creative Specialists.
• You will distribute tasks, monitor their execution, and consistently follow up on open items.
• You will identify risks and challenges early on and develop suitable solutions together with the Team Lead.
• You will support our Team Leads operationally in managing large key accounts.
• You will maintain our project, budget, and reporting systems completely and reliably.
• You will prepare reports, learnings, and recommendations for action for your customers.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in project management, account management, influencer marketing, or social media.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• You maintain an overview of timings, budgets, and responsibilities even with multiple parallel campaigns.
• You communicate professionally, reliably, and at eye level with customers, creators, and internal teams.
• You take responsibility and reliably pursue tasks to completion.
• You have a good understanding of social media, creator content, and current platform trends.
• You can interpret campaign results and present them understandably for customers.
• You are proficient in using digital project management and reporting tools.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
