Project Manager/Manager Web Development / IT / E-Commerce (d/m/w)

As Project Manager at madco, you plan, coordinate, and steer demanding digital projects – from websites to e-commerce platforms to individual applications.

You tie everything together, understand the needs of our customers, and ensure with our team that good ideas become successful digital solutions.

This brings you:

• Experience in project management for digital projects in the field of e-commerce or web development
• Experience with e-commerce systems, content-management systems, or digital asset management
• Safe handling of project management methods and tools for planning, documentation, and control (JIRA, Confluence)
• Techincal understanding of modern web technologies
  (e.g. HTML, CSS/SASS, relevant CMS/shop systems like WordPress, Shopware)
• Able to analyze requirements, translate them into clear tasks, and create structured project plans and requirements
• High communication strength: You can coordinate teams and accompany customers competently
• Self-responsible work, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented mindset
• German on a high level (English is a plus)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in optimizing digital processes and workflows
• Understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in dealing with service provider management and interdisciplinary teams
• Interest in new technologies and digital trends
